The race - the Velalonga Venezia is both a racing competition and a cultural event organized by Circolo velico Casanova. The success of Velalonga, this year in its 10th edition, is supported by its unique setting in the Venetian lagoon with its spectacular scenery and challenging navigation. The Velalonga gathers about 200 small boats, including class dinghies, catamarans and traditional boats from several European countries.
